Our friendly practice nurse Binglei Lao brings extensive experience from both Australian and Chinese healthcare settings across both hospital and medical centre environments. She actively supports the GPs in the delivery of patient care, working with patients who need extra attention and ongoing support for their health and wellbeing.
Binglei conducts assessments for many of the practice’s patients on behalf of the GPs, and she coaches clients on building lasting healthy habits. She works closely with the GPs to ensure every patient receives the level of care they need, coordinating everything from routine health checks to more complex chronic disease management plans.
Her background gives her a valuable cross-cultural perspective, and she is an important bridge between the clinical team and the diverse community the practice serves.
